The team from Interactivity Board Game Café will be bringing a massive selection of games for all ages and skill levels—and they’ll be on hand to help explain the rules and get everyone playing.

Facilitated by Tory Vitaly, MSW, RSW of Fairfield and Oak Bay Psychology. Tory is an advanced practitioner specializing in Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). This session aims to teach the basics of EFFT and provide emotion coaching skills and strategies.

About EFFT 

EFFT is an evidence-based approach that helps parents and caregivers support children of all ages (from toddlers and elementary children to teens and adult children) through emotional challenges, leading to stronger family relationships.
