Fun Lunch Program

From September to June, the Willows PAC is pleased to bring in lunch for participating Willows students. We strive to offer healthy options according to Guidelines for Food & Beverage Sales in B.C. Schools; produce zero landfill waste; and build a strong and supportive school community.

PIZZA
Our pizzeria is Hothouse Pizza. Topping options are cheese, pepperoni, or ham & pineapple - all on original crust and dairy free cheese on a whole wheat dairy free thin crust. Slices are â…™ of a whole pizza, which is quite sizeable.
SUSHI
Our sushi supplier is Machi Sushi. They are pleased to offer your choice of Cucumber Rolls, Yam Rolls, Avocado Rolls and California Rolls.

BOOSTER JUICE
Booster Juice is offering a 240ml fruit smoothie in two different flavours plus a dairy free option.
New this year are 3 types of cold wraps.
ZERO WASTE PROGRAM
In an effort to produce minimal waste, we have requested that the suppliers limit disposable items. Please send a reusable Fork, Spoon or Chopsticks, should your child require them.
ORDERING
All orders should be done online to ensure accuracy and to make the process as easy for everyone as possible.

Add students to your profile

Proceed to order hot lunch and/or donate to the contribution drive for your child(ren). If you have more than one student at the school, place all of their orders first and then pay for them in one payment to reduce transaction costs for us.
PAYMENT
If you are interested in participating you must include payment for all lunch days. Unpaid orders will not be fulfilled. We accept hot lunch order payments through Bambora with any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). This is the preferred method of payment as it saves PAC volunteers hours of time in handling cheques and cash. For cheque or cash payment, please contact the Fun Lunch team willowsfunlunch@gmail.com to make arrangements.
Financial Consideration: the PAC and Willows School will provide for families with limited means. Please contact the school office in confidence for more information. This information is kept private.
DEADLINE
Orders for the first lunch must be submitted by Sunday, September 14, 2025. You are welcome to place orders for multiple dates at the same time and you can always change your orders throughout the year. The rest of the orders are due 10 days before the next Fun Lunch to give our suppliers enough notice.

Please note: If your child is sick on a fun lunch date, please let us know by 9am if you would like to come and pick up their lunch. Otherwise consider it a donation for a child who doesn’t have a lunch.

VOLUNTEERING - We need your help!
We will need 1-2 volunteers from each division to come and help distribute the lunches into the classroom on each fun lunch day. Please sign up here:

If you would like to be more involved and help us out beforehand at 11:15am please let us know (we will be losing some volunteers next year so it would be nice to train some new parents)
We are also looking for one or two parents to take over the fun lunch program as one of us will be leaving the school next year.
