Frequently Asked Questions

Q: "I am unable to log into the Hot Lunch website.  I don't have the password and it doesn't recognize my email address, even though it is the one I've used the last couple of years."

A:  Register a new account with the same email address as last year at https://willows.hotlunches.net/admin/?action=register-form. Access code is WHL. Then login at https://willows.hotlunches.net.

 

Q: "I just noticed I ordered the wrong thing for my child. I meant to order something else.  How can I correct this?"

A: To correct the order, just sign into your hotlunches account online and change the order. You are able to do this up to 10 days before the next Fun Lunch date.

 

Q: "Can I get a refund for missed Fun Lunches?"

A: No, unfortunately we cannot refund a missed Fun Lunch after or within 10 days of the Fun Lunch date due to order deadlines with our suppliers. 

 

Q: “I have a question that wasn’t answered here. Who can I contact?”

A: You can email Kerrie and Ruth -  WillowsFunLunch@gmail.com and we’ll try our best to answer your questions!
